I use the following mixing procedure. Use an electric mixer. First mix solids. Then mix in peanut oil and vanilla. Then very slowly and gradually mix in water. It should become a solid once most of the water is in. You have a window of time where the mix is beginning to solidify, forming larger and larger clumps, but where it has not yet formed a single solid block. During this window you must finish adding the water. I haven't yet tried adding the water all at once; don't know whether it works. Try it! The same goes for methods not using an electric mixer.
2g salt is about 1/3tsp. 1g calcium is about 1/2tsp. Use 1tsp cinnamon, 1tsp vanilla.
