Cheep locally-and-Amazon-supplied gluten and corn free keto soylent... Per http://www.phlaunt.com/lowcarb/DietMakeupCalc.php trying to achieve 92g protein, 65-75g fat, and under-70 carbs and ideally 1300 calories... that's for me for weight loss.
I'm also trying to do 65% fat/30% protein, v low carb. I'm running into limits to what I can add in terms of oils because they are so calorie-dense. I am considering adding an extra T (15mL) macadamia nut oil and eating this as my sole food one day a week and seeing how weight loss goes with that.
Do note that my numbers DO NOT achieve 100% (though I'm close) nutrient coverage -- I don't intend to use this as my sole daily source of nutrition - my goal is 75% and I know I'll be modifying it further. I'm not worried about the vitamin K as I know I overdose on it regularly (my meals are very high in leafy greens; a prime source of vit K!).
