Preparation includes thouroughly mixing all dry ingredients first, making a well in the center and pouring in the olive oil.

Allow that to be absorbed completely by the surrounding food (10-20mins) then mix by hand until all the mix has been incorporated into the oil.

This will result in a very dry mix that can be clumped when squeezed together but that breaks apart easily.

Break down into 5 servings, appx 110g each. In a 28oz blender bottle, combine 1 serving of powder with enough water to make 28oz, and add 1.25ml (1/4 tsp) of any flavor extract you like. (I love lemon, almond is very nice, and I actually find vanilla to be rather boring. Want to pick up orange. Orange rum soylent? MM!)
