This recipe is geared specifically for my activity level. I weight lift 4-5 times a week and I do jiu jitsu 3-4 times a week. 3000 calories works well for me, but may be too little/much for you.
If you need to make adjustments to the calories, I would adjust the Corn/Oat/Protein powder to whatever is appropriate for you.
