An attempt to take the total meal replacement powder from Bulk Nutrients and make it closer to 100% complete for ease of simplifying my soylent meals at the cost of a price spike compared to Oatlent.
I'm still only planning to consume this for 1-2 meals a day though so mainly interested in the macro side not the micro as much. Added Maltodextrin as TMR has double the protein to carbs instead of the other way around. Need to add Fibre and fats. Added Sunflower seeds (ground) as I find them a good source of fats/fibre and they are tasty though I am not sure how they will affect consistency/suspension etc until I try the recipe
