This is my take on Synectar One 1800kcal, so many thanks to Synectar and cultofmonkey.
The changes that have been made are for my own personal ease of preparation and to take advantage of Amazon's discounting when you subscribe to certain products. I'm new here so if any of what I am doing is bad form please let me know at your earliest convenience.
This is a one click starter solution where everything is UK Prime eligible, including the Potassium Gluconate which seems to be a recent addition to their stocked products. There may be better offers from the Marketplace but I went for convenience. Everything but the Whey seems to be the same price through Amazon as directly from Bulk Powders, I negated that by using code SAVE30VC6 (it's only valid until 5th July),saved me over £25 across 5 different items.
This using the flavourless whey option as it's cheaper and a bit of variety will be added at home.
As far as the nutrition, nothing stands out as being excessive after my roundings - please let me know what you think!
