This one tastes a lot better than RealFoods Recipe 0.1 because I removed flaxseed and buckwheat flour which were adding a nasty aftertaste.

However, it still has an unpleasant aftertaste due to the three (!) different types of flours used. I couldn't drink it very long.

I think that pre-cooking the flour would help things (but not with the eggs otherwise you get a weird texture in case you let some of them scramble!)

Also, this mixture was too congealed, consider adding water next time. This is possible since the mixture did not reach a full 64 fl oz anyway.
