The goal here was to create a breakfast soylent that fulfillls around half the day's macronutrients and the entirety of required micronutrients. It's kind of difficult to get some of the keto chow stuff here without either importing or going to expensive natural foods stores.

I don't think there is anywhere that actually sells Isopure in Canada, but it seems ideal due to its zero carb production and high vitamin enrichment levels. I wanted to keep the cost below $5 per day, but that doesn't seem possible without cutting corners. Maybe if you can find a really good multivitamin somewhere and just go with ordinary discount protein powder, along with plain coconut oil.

MCT oil seems really expensive here, somewhere around $30-35 for a month's supply. Liquid coconut oil should be fine. I am thinking about a way to mask the use of ordinary coconut oil as it is much cheaper.

Sulfur is apparently not a necessary supplement, but I've added a bit in MSM format at a few cents per day. Not a big deal.

In case you were wondering, there seem to be three different groupings of the Isopure Zero Carb formula, with slight variations on micronutrients when examining them based on % of Daily Value:

Group A, containing "Banana Cream / Cookies and Cream / Mint Chocolate Chip / Pineapple Orange Banana", reports at 70% Calcium with 340 mg of Sodium and 730 mg of Potassium (+/- 10).

Group B, containing "Alpine Punch / Apple Melon / Mango Peach", reports at 60% Calcium with 340 mg of Sodium and 810 mg of Potassium.

Group C, containing "Creamy Vanilla / Strawberries and Cream", reports at 60% Calcium with 320 mg of Sodium and 750 mg of Potassium, along with apparently 0% Folate and 0% Iodine. This is notable if you are using it to replace your entire diet.
