This is my attempt at coming up with a list of ingredients that can be easily grown on a small homestead with no mammals (cows, goats, pigs, or rabbits). The food sources would be from an aquaponics greenhouse, and from a chicken coop/tractor.

This is the version that meets the permissive profile and is palatable with recipes.
