This is my 600ish calorie soylent for use with the Newcastle Diet.
The missing minerals are gained through vegetables such as carrots, parsnips and celery, which make up the remaining 200 calories required for the diet.
Do not follow for more than 8 weeks, make sure to consume 3 Litres of water a day.
