- Dust your gummy mold with corn starch and place in the freezer
- Mix the water, fruit juice, agar powder, sweetener, beta alanine, and citrulline malate in a saucepan; leave the heat off for a few minutes and let the ingredients mix
- Pull gummy mold out of freezer and set it in a convenient place
- Apply medium heat to your ingredients and bring to a simmer for about 30 seconds. When the mixture starts to thicken into a paste, remove from heat & quickly (but carefully!) pour your mixture into the mold
- Place wax paper on top of mold and use flat-bottomed plate to mash the gummies into place
- Place mold into the fridge and let sit for 30 minutes
