For people who are looking to get their daily energy requirements. This is not meant for bulking or losing weight.
Everything should be weighed. But if you want some context on how much you need of each ingredient, look below.
- Corn Flour: 255 grams, or just over 2 cups
- Whey Protein: 126 grams, or just over 5 scoops
- Canola Oil: 65 grams, or about 4 and 1/2 tablespoons
- Benefiber: 15 grams, or just over 2.5 tablespoons
Add the above ingredients into a blender (pitcher should be at least 48 oz). Fill the pitcher to the 48 oz line. You may need to keep adding a little water as you thoroughly mix the food.
Add to three clean water bottles. I personally used 20 oz soda bottles, and just fill the bottle with even more water.
Refrigerate overnight, and enjoy!
Take the multivitamin by mouth in the morning.
