I made this recipe because I myself have a poor diet. I also with to place on mass which I have a difficult time doing ( due to poor nutrition and chronic knee pain). I would like as much commentary on this as possible and since I cannot buy the ingredients at the time, feedback would be great.
I am by no means a nutritionist, so if there are any suggestions by people with the experience, and/or certification, that would be excellent.
