This is my attempt at coming up with a list of ingredients that can be easily grown on a small homestead with no mammals (cows, goats, pigs, or rabbits). The food sources would be from an aquaponics greenhouse, and from a chicken coop/tractor.

This is the minimal version that meets the permissive profile.

Note: the permissive profile allows more folate than usual 1200 vs. 1000 mg), but since the food is all-natural, it should not be an issue.
