I wanted something that is still diabetic friendly but got away from that oat flour. It causes me alot of gas, and it's not that great GI wise. I would like the carbs to be lower, but this is at least in a respectable range.

It does mix up thicker than other recipes. I recommend extra water between meals of this.

Had coconut flour at first. Just couldnt get used to taste and took it out.
