= Makes:

3 servings

= Directions:

  • Mix all dry ingredients well and place in a storage container.

= Serving:

  • Take approximately 1/3 of your batch and place in blender

  • Add 1/3 recipe olive oil

  • Add 400-500 ml water (adjust for consistency)

  • (optional) Add 2-5 ice cubes to cool

= Notes:

  • Use a personal blender is highly recommended. The consistency is uneven otherwise and can significantly affect taste.

  • Take supplements once a day separately.

= Grocery: You should be able to find Bob's Red Mill brand in the "health foods" section of Oat Flour/Powder, Ground Flax, Soy Lecithin

The tricky one will be Trader Joe's Unflavored Soy Protein if you do not have a location close to you. Consider a substitute if you can sufficiently replace lost nutrients in additional ingredients.

Check the vitamins section for emergen-c, Vitamin D, and Vitamin K supplements
