  • I need to fix the prices, as I didn't note the cost of everything, especially if I bought in bulk.
  • The potassium pills are unnecessary. I just wanted to use mine up. You can use potassium gluconate instead.
  • Potassium chloride has a funny taste, but it's cheap. I dump the contents of the Vitamin-K and Choline pills into the mix, and use the capsules to pill the Potassium chloride.
  • I use a mortar and pestle to crush the hard pills and add them to the mix. I split the mix into thirds and add about 900ml of water to each.
  • I eat the banana on its own for breakfast.
