While some sources point to almonds, beans, spinach, etc. as sources high in molybdenum, chromium, and the other gaps in this recipe, that information doesn't seem to be in the FDA database for raw vegetables.
Almost a fully vegan raw recipe - the eggs add much needed protein and choline. should be fairly cheap to put together, actually.
Basically it's a pretty hearty salad.
