Preheat oven to 400ºF
- Spread a thin layer of olive oil on a pizza pan
- Place crust on pan; season to taste (I use salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and nutritional yeast)
- Bake crust for 3 minutes on each side at 400ºF, then remove from oven
- Spread sauce onto crust using a rubber spatula
- Add cheese
- Add pepperoni
- Place in oven
Bake for 5 minutes or until cheese has melted & crust is ready. Makes 1 medium sized pizza.
Leftovers good for about 6 days afterwards if stored in a zipper bag in the fridge.
