Method:
- Dry ingredients sifted,
- Brown sugar aerated to reduce clumping, mix in in parts
- Add wet ingedients
- Add water to thin mixture out and make easier to put in muffin tray
- After distributing to muffin trays I then pushed squares of chocolate into the middle of the muffins
- I cooked at about 160C for 20 minutes - until browned
