Jackalent Economy

100g of protein in 2000 calories. You can ramp it up to 2500 without exceeding UL's, and you can ramp it down to 1500 without going below the RDI's (Seems important - even though RDI's are based on a 2000 cal diet and adjust with it). There's two sources for each multivitamin (Just in case one source starts faking it), two sources of Vegan protein (3 if you include chia seeds).

Don't feel like making it yourself? Jackalent Economy can be purchased in Canada for a reasonable price of about $1.20/meal (4 meals a day), or $1.60/meal (3 meals/day).
