  • I am trying to bulk.
  • I need around 3500kcal per day.
  • I will split into 7 servings every 2.5hrs.

The taste is very balanced, not too sweet because of the usage of Maltose instead of Dextrose and lot's of oatmeal. The oatmeal itself has been ground very fine, so that the texture is smooth and you can basically down 500kcal in 30 seconds. The addition of hemp seeds gives a very good profile on the Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids and also adds good fibre so that the feeling of saturation is quite good.

I add the olive oil with a small syringe at the end of mixing as it will mix best after the dry mix has been dissolved with the water.

The apples I eat raw after each shake, as this does not take any additional time, gives my jaw muscles something to do, tastes well, has a lot of fibre and natural vitamins.
