Free bread
Bread is a staple food and has special meaning in culture https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bread_in_culture
Some people even treat it as a sacred thing that cannot be thrown out to trash (it's a sin), it has to be eaten completely, or shared, or at least given to the birds.
It's the easiest food to get for free. If you are homeless, people will give you bread. It's much harder to get other fancy food.

But white bread doesn't have great nutrition.
Can you improve it just by adding a $0.15 multivitamin pill?
