I would prefer a defatted soya flour, so majority of my fat would come from canola (or olive oil or a certain local brand or mix...), but i couldn't find it on amazon.
Liberal with ALA concentration since I depend on its low conversion rate for marine omega3's. direct algal supplements expensive, yet their benefit vs such dietary conversion in healthy individuals quite dubious.
I would also prefer not to pay a premium to get organic products, imho at best a worthless uninformative label, but same issue.
On that note, if only a science-informed labeling system existed to quantify the quality, sustainability ecological net impact of agronomy practices used in creating a given food, indicated like the energy ratings for appliances on foodstuffs rather than this naturalistic fallacy based woo....
