This is designed around weight loss, so not appropriate for long term use. I will be tweaking in a few months to bring calories up to 2000. I would think if you are a female (and relatively short), an iron supplement would be all you need to add to this.
I also recommend a small solid meal every 2-3 days (perhaps for dinner) as an additional source of calories once any weight goals are reached. Something low in carbs, moderate fat, and high protein.
