A variation on common soylent recipes I've found. This recipe adds a good source of medium chain triglycerides, and has a good blend of O3/O6 and other fatty acids.
I've tried to stay more or less within the realm of the "Official" soylent recipe v0.8.
The recipe has a good blend of sugars, and should provide a good boost without a crash.
I'm hoping the soy lecithin provides enough choline in addition to helping emulsify the ingredients and make the concoction more palatable.
There is no sulfur supplementation because I think the protein sources in this recipe contain enough sulfur amino acids to compensate for any lack of sulfur, and my local tap water has a fair sulfate concentration.
The cocoa may be omitted, as it is just for flavor.
You could cut price by about $.60/day by ordering a larger quantity of the MCT (30lbs), and a larger quantity of the maltodextrin (50lbs). This would equate to about a 6 month supply of the maltodextrin -- worth it, and several years worth of the MCT -- not worth it.
