Im a fur trapper. Yes we still exist. I fur trap for both protein and to make ends meet. Don't live on a great income. Unfortunately being low income comes with a lot of unhealthy junk foods. I had hit 500 pounds in 2022. I started soylent and am now a 401.6 as of 11/21/2023. Unfortunately soylent now longer agrees with me and I need something better and still cheap. Not sure if this profile is what I should be using but I wanna stick to about 400 calorie shakes 3 times a day with a morning and afternoon recipe thats got a bit of extra omfph for those cold harsh days of checking traps.

I believe this profile is sufficent so far for my needs.
