While generally based on the DRI values, certain modifications have been made to account for a ketogenic diet consisting primarily of DIY soylent plus one ketogenic meal per day. The values are for overweight males in the 220-300lb range. Total daily protein should generally be kept below 190g total without other adjustments. Sodium needs to be at least 3g/d, Potassium at least 3g/d, magnesium at least 300 mg/d and calcium at least 600mg/d.
