Low Carb, high protein, based on the 1500 ketogenic diet updated with numbers from the nutrient calculator. I didn't change the micronutrient amounts, but most are overshot by the recipe I created.

1800 is on the low end, for people like me that plan on having 1 meal a day or have drinks with nominal amounts of calories. The 2200 is my target for using only soylent plus water.
